We may collect usage information about your use of our Application, such as the number of puzzles you have attempted, the number of videos you have viewed, the amount of time spent on a particular task. This enables us to provide a high-quality usage experience for you.

What we don’t collect or store

We don’t collect or store your credit card or other bank information, or any information other than your email address, phone number and name that can be used to personally identify a particular individual. For payments, we use standard and authorized payment gateway services.

How we use the information we collect

We do not rent or sell Personal Information that we collect from users to third parties.

We use the collected information in the following ways:

  • To communicate with you. HumbleSchool uses your Personal Information to communicate with you about your account. We may also use your Personal Information to provide you with information about our Application’s current and upcoming features, and other offerings that may be of interest to you, via email, phone or device alerts.
  • To provide, improve, and develop our Application/Website. HumbleSchool uses all the information that you provide or that we collect from users to understand and analyze usage trends, learning behaviours and user preferences, in order to improve the way the Application/Website look and work, and to add new features and functionality.

How we share or transfer the information we collect

We may share/transfer the collected information in the following ways and under the following circumstances:

  • We will share data with employees and service providers. HumbleSchool may share information with our employees and trusted third party service providers, which may include analytics, hosting and marketing services. The third party service providers we share Personal Information with are contractually bound to maintain the security and confidentiality of that information.
  • We may share data in the event of a change of business, such as a merger or acquisition. In the event that HumbleSchool is party to a merger, acquisition, change of control, or any form of partial or complete sale of our assets, your Personal Information may be transferred or disclosed in connection with such business transaction.
  • Other instances. HumbleSchool may release Personal Information if we believe in good faith that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law or enforceable governmental request; (ii) enforce applicable Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations thereof; (iii) investigate and defend ourselves against third-party claims or allegations; (iv) detect, prevent or address fraud, security or technical issues, or (v) to protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of HumbleSchool, its users or the public.

How to access, update or delete your Personal Information

You can access and update your Personal Information using the “Profile” tab in the Application.

To request the deletion of your Personal Information at any time, send us an account termination request to (subject line: “Account Termination Request”). Please identify your account (by giving us the email address or mobile phone number associated with the account) and provide a valid reply email address in the event that we require additional information to terminate your account.

We may not be able to delete data in all instances, such as data retained in technical support logs. We will not be required to delete any information which has been de-identified or stripped of personal identifiers such that it can no longer be used to reasonably identify a particular individual.

We are concerned about protecting the confidentiality of your information. We provide certain physical, technological and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain. For instance, we receive your information via encrypted channels such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL); we require authentication using certain Personal Information in order to confirm your identity before allowing access to your Personal Information; we limit access to this information to authorized employees only who need to know it in order to operate, develop or improve our Application/Website.

Please be aware that although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for the information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

As HumbleSchool evolves, this Policy will need to evolve as well to cover new scenarios. Please review this Policy regularly for changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

It is our belief that every user of our Application and visitor to our Website must be provided with enough data to make an informed choice about sharing their information with us. By continuing to use our Application/Website, you are consenting to our collection, processing, storing, disclosing and handling of your information as set forth in this Policy now and as amended by us from time to time.
